If the architecture is largely in place and you mainly need furnishing, layout refinement, and styling support, Furniture and Styling is likely the better option.

If you are still feeling unsure and want expert direction before deciding, the Design Psychology Blueprint Session is a useful starting point.

This is a structured 60 to 90 minute working session where we look at how you use your space, what is not working, and what you want the room or home to feel like moving forward.

You’ll receive a written summary outlining key recommendations, priorities, and suggested next steps.

The investment is $275 + HST. If you proceed to a Full Service or Furniture and Styling project within 14 days, this fee is credited in full toward your design fee.

Furniture and Styling is typically priced as a flat design fee based on the number of rooms in scope, the level of detail, and whether you would like support with procurement and final styling.

Full Service Interior Design is quoted individually. Most projects include a fixed design fee for planning, with an hourly component for implementation and site involvement where needed.

Yes. Blueprint Sessions and Furniture and Styling projects can often be delivered virtually, depending on scope. Full Service projects are typically best suited to Toronto and the GTA, or to locations where in-person site involvement can be arranged.

Yes. Where appropriate, we’re happy to incorporate existing pieces that are worth keeping and build around them in a way that feels intentional and cohesive.
