This service is ideal when the architecture is largely in place and the focus is on creating a home that feels more cohesive, balanced, and reflective of you.
We develop a tailored furnishing and styling plan for one or more rooms, helping you make confident decisions around furniture, lighting, textiles, art, and accessories, all aligned with your budget and priorities.
This service is well suited for furnishing one or more rooms, post-renovation finishing, styling a home after a move, clients who want a clear design plan they can implement over time, spaces that need more warmth, personality, and cohesion
How it Works

We begin with a short conversation to understand the rooms in scope, your goals, your budget band, and your preferred timeline.

Most Furniture and Styling projects begin with a 60 to 90 minute Blueprint Session, billed at $275 + HST. We review how you use the space, what is not working, and what atmosphere and functionality you want the room to support.
If you proceed to a Furniture and Styling project within 14 days, this fee is credited in full toward your design fee.

Once the scope is agreed, we create a cohesive furnishing and styling plan tailored to your home. Depending on the project, this may include furniture layouts, key selections, lighting direction, styling details, 3D views, and a shopping list.

You can implement the design yourself at your own pace, or choose additional support for procurement, deliveries, and final styling.
Deliverables
Mood Board
A curated set of images and materials that captures the intended mood and aesthetic of your space. It serves as a visual reference for the overall direction of the design.
Space Plan & Elevations
To-scale floor and furniture plans, and elevation drawings where required, setting out the layout and key dimensions so the rooms feel functional, balanced, and cohesive.
3D Designs
Selected 3D views to help you understand proportion, volume, and layering in the space, and to see how key elements sit together before any work begins.
Shopping List
A consolidated specification and shopping list, with recommended furniture, lighting, and fixtures, and direct links where appropriate, so you can complete the scheme with ease.
Investment:
Furniture and Styling projects are priced as a flat design fee based on the number of rooms in scope, the level of detail required, and whether procurement or final styling support is included.
Projects typically begin from $1,850 + HST.
